Important message regarding annual dues for the 2011 SCCA season

January 24, 2011 Leave a comment Go to comments

Hello All,

A few decisions were made regarding the 2011 annual dues structure in the San Diego Cricket Club’s AGM that was held last week. Please read the following carefully and do the needful.

– Annual dues per member for full club membership will be $350 for the 2011 SCCA season.
– A membership application / re-application form must be duly filled and submitted to SDCC’s VP of Finance, along with the dues. All current members and new applicants for full or associate membership must submit the application form. The form can be downloaded by clicking here

– Dues must be paid in full at the beginning of the season and before the deadline. The deadline to submit the application form and pay dues is February 4, 2011.
– An applicant will NOT be placed on any of the club’s rosters if he misses the deadline mentioned above to submit the application form and dues.
– The club’s executive committee will meet soon to discuss about a tier system for dues based on number of games played, student concession etc. If the EC decides in favor of a tier system for dues and a member is eligible for a concession, the club will reimburse the member at the end of the 2011 season.

Feel free to pass on the application form to anyone you know who wishes to apply for club membership. I can be contacted at hrishikesh dot unni at gmail.com if there are questions. Please do not reply to this mailing list.
Thanks,
Hrishi
